Pull-ups, squats, sprints, cardio, yoga, lunges, push ups, stretching, core work, warming up … the stairmaster. There is some exercise out there that you hate doing. Well, here’s some even better news. It’s probably what you need to be doing. Exercises in the “I hate doing” category are usually there because, well…you are weak at it. I used to hate pull-ups, because I couldn’t do any. Now I can do a bunch, and I must admit, I definitely don’t mind them anymore. I hate stretching, becasue I’m extremely inflexible. So yeah. I need to definitely stretch more.
My advice? If you hate it, you should probably be doing that exercise until you don’t hate it anymore. It has some pretty good results.
