and you will never have to work out that much either.

If not… here are a few examples of active things to love that also happen to get your heart pumping and keep your body active: Surfing, SUP, kayaking, paddling, running, walking, dancing, zumba, pilates, hiking, biking, boxing, yoga, skating, climbing, swimming, soccer, basketball, tennis, even golf (walking the course, sorry carts take away the cardio)…just to name a few. Figure something out, and working out will turn into something you get to do, rather than are forced to do.
