January can sometimes feel like a month long hangover after the holiday madness. We are burnt out from family, parties, sweets, shopping and obnoxious Christmas music. By the time the first of the year rolls in we can’t bring ourselves to get out of bed or hold a coherent conversation.
Don’t fight the urge to hibernate. This is a perfect time to make plans for the year ahead and set some milestones to help get you motivated.
