In fact every single human body is more than rad. It’s remarkable, and capable of soooooo many incredible things. Case in point: Freedivers that can hold their breath for 5 minutes, marathon runners, rock climbers, powerlifters, hip hop dancers, Kobayashi, and of course, surfers. But, even non-pro or extreme athletes (ordinary joe’s like myself) are cable of amazing things. Another case in point: Beating personal bests in a timed mile, hiking a 14’er, completing a triathlon, or rehabbing from a life altering injury to being better than before.

Take the Stairs.
Break up the monotony of your average jaunt by adding in sets of stair sprints. You’ll get a more dynamic workout, access different muscles, plus, sometimes you’ll grab some killer views from the top.
