Our final stop on our adventure in Chile was Santiago. Santiago is a very modern city with a large population and is completely surrounded by the Andes mountains. From almost every point in the city you can see the snowcapped Andes, which made us excited to get up to the snow! We walked around the city exploring the many sites, restaurants, and one of the largest malls in the world. My favorite outfit during my urban adventures consisted of skinny black jeans, my fringe sweater, and a fedora. This was a casual, yet stylish outfit that was comfortable to walk in and perfect for the cool nights. I love the boho vibe of this sweater and felt it went great with all the brightly colored buildings of Chile.
After a couple days in the city we decided to venture up the mountain and end our trip with snowboarding. We actually managed to drive up the mountain, snowboard until dark, and then hop on our flight home all in one day!

Just two hours north of Pichilemu is one of the most beautiful coastal cities in the world. Viña del Mar has the beach and surf culture wherever you look. Reñaca is a famous beach break where we spent most of our time surfing. During any time of day at Reñaca you will see all the best Chilean surfers in the line up. My dad was given the opportunity to coach the Chilean National Surf Team and give them some advice on being better competitors. It was awesome meeting all the Billabong Chile team riders and seeing how the brands we have here in the States have made such an impact in other beach communities all around the world. Besides the surfing, there are all kinds of fun cafes, stores, and sandy beaches to lay on all day long. I brought my new camo jacket that perfectly complimented my overalls and striped crop top. This outfit definitely made a statement when walking along the boardwalk and helped me stay warm while still looking “cool.” My scarf (pictured below) added the perfect pop of color to my outfit and was even an awesome beach blanket for me to relax on while watching all the guys surf heats out in the water… oh and did I mention that we saw a few penguins while surfing?!

I was so in love the vibrant and fun town of Pichilemu that I decided to extend my stay by few days. During this time I was able to explore the other stunning beaches and find more fun surf spots. While walking the dirt roads of Pichilemu I found some awesome places to enjoy a local bite and even some cafes that served tea with an ocean view. The weather along the Chilean coast this time of year is pretty chilly (pun intended!). Because of this, I had to leave the kimonos and shorts at home. Instead I had to find cute, stylish clothes versatile enough for a beach and surf trip in a cold climate. This thermal was perfect for keeping me warm, without comprising style. I threw on some boyfriend jeans and a beanie to complete the look. This outfit was darling while also practical enough for discovering new cafes, stores, and views of my favorite beaches in Pichilemu.

Once we reached Chile, the first place we set up camp was a darling beach town called Pichilemu. The drive to Pichilemu was absolutely mesmerizing as we drove along the perfect Chilean coastlines. The moment we arrived in Pichilemu we checked the waves at the world renowned surf spot, Punta de Lobos. Every day we spent in this coastal haven we ran down to check the waves and usually spent at least three hours of our morning there as the guys did not want to get out. We then went into town to grab food and usually spent the rest of the day exploring the coastlines and sometimes even squeezed in another surf at Punta de Lobos.
