Get Up, Stand Up (In Your Bob Marley Tee/Skate/Shades)
Another season of roots rocking the Bob Marley gear has arrived. This year Billabong has (puff, puff) passed on the proverbial Bob Marley torch to VonZipper and Sector 9. All three brands are spreading the green goodness this season with collaborations on Bob Marley skateboards, sunglasses, tees and more. The only thing that would make us happier at this point would be a combo brownie/Chex Mix pack.

After a month or two of WCT inaction, the dream tour wakens from it’s slumber for stop #4 at Jeffery’s Bay, South Africa on July 14th.
J-Bay ranks among the most important stops on the tour, not only because of the culture and high-performance aspects, but because it determines who stays in the world title race, and who is on the bubble of falling off the mid year cut. The early swell outlook shows less than favorable conditions, but you never know what waves can pop up down around the African cape.

Don’t worry too much about the outfit you are going to wear; you’ll look back and say “How awful! How did I EVER wear that!” Try and have as much fun as you can because, as much as it sucks to admit, mom was right about being an adult. And she was right about wearing sunscreen as well. And hey! Just because it says SPF 4 doesn’t mean it counts as protection!
