The great philosophical group, ZZ top, said it right ” She’s got legs, she knows how to use them.” Well that bearded duo definitely was wise beyond their years, even if they were not referring to working out. Working out your legs has quite a few stellar benefits. The good ol’ reliable leg workouts, (think squats, lunges, deadlifts, and rdl’s), not only get you a killer set of legs, but they also activate & work your core. Plus when you train your legs, your body has to work harder. Think of how much more out of breath you are after doing a set of heavy squats than a set of bicep curls. Yeah.
So you’ve got a set of legs… figure out how to use them, regularly. Run some stairs, go on a hike, squat, sprint, lunge, do something, but give your legs some TLC, and your whole body will reap the rewards.
