Go take a hike. No, it’s not an insult, it’s something you really should think of doing often. Rain or shine. Hot or cold. Up a mountain or around a lake. Think of it as cardio with a rather sweet reward. You get to be outside, you have a feeling of accomplishment, and, if you are like me on this particular day in Kauai…you’ll have a view and a few pics you will never forget. And sore legs the next day.
