You know the saying, “I need some air”. Well, odds are, you really do. Humans are made to love being outside. Just think of how great you feel after going for a walk, taking a nap in a park, reading a book under a tree, a day at the beach (that’s a no brainer), eating outside, or switching up things so your workout is outside. Fresh air is kind of sweet like that. It’s an instant mood lifter.
So, make it a point to go get some fresh air, not just if you are feeling sick or have the spins, but as a daily way to make your overall well being better. Rain or shine, beach or no beach. Fresh air is fresh air. So get out from behind a screen, put that phone down, and go get some.
