When it comes down to the basic principle of working out, it’s all about a simple thing: moving your body. Yep, pretty simple. Go for a walk, run, jog, hike, paddle, go surf, walk the dog, dance around your house, do 100 jumping jacks, be a weirdo like me and go for an impromptu beach run in a bikini…which is great when you can jump in the ocean to cool off at the end.
Once you get up and start moving regularly, you feel better, you are more alert, and you are more productive…it’s like a healthy domino effect.
And it’s addicting. In a good way.
So, if you have one fitness goal for each day…make that quick decision to get up and put that body to work. It’s begging for it. Even if it’s just for a little bit.
