This is in no way related to your blog post. I just wanted to share an observation I had that I think would improve your website … a change I’m sure you have already considered or have in the queue. What am I talking about? Customer reviews of products. It’s the only thing your online store is really lacking. There’s been revisions to your site through the years that I’ve shopped with you but you’ve managed to retain a cool, easy-to-use and surf-friendly store. With the addition of your blog and social bookmarking on product pages it seems like the next logical step would be customer penned reviews. I hope you consider them soon. It would really help my shopping knowing what my peers thought of merchandise I was considering. It would probably help your store convert better anyway and improve SEO. Other than that, keep up the good work.
