Cardio! It’s key to keeping the metabolism high and active, so you can fell free to eat what you like! Of course, trying not to go crazy on carbs, sweets, and fried things.
I drink lots of tea: green, black, detox, whatever tea low on caffeine. It help you digest better, and puts more liquids in your system.
FAVORITE QUICK + HEALTHY RECIPE:
Smoked salmon, fat free cream cheese, arugula, cherry tomatoes and a squeeze of lemon. You can wrap in soy paper and make it a low carb snack, or eat it with crackers…I love it!!!

Try to work out everyday!!! And cardio, cardio, cardio.

Stay away from easy snacks: chips, salsa, and carbs. I try to eat as many fruits as possible so you can feel full, and keep from attacking the temptations!
