Follow the Light Edition Catalog:
SWELL is proud to present the Special Edition Follow the Light Foundation (FTLF) catalog. Since 2000, SWELL has been dedicated to bringing forward the pioneers and innovative photographers that have helped to progress and document the sport and lifestyle that we all share a passion for: surfing.
Honoring the late Larry “Flame” Moore, the Follow the Light Foundation was founded in 2006 to help finance the dreams of surf photographers, continuing to push the sport and its lensmen forward. As the Photo Editor of SURFING Magazine for 30 years, he left behind a legacy of brilliant photography and an army of photographers trained by him.
Celebrating the 6th annual FTLF awards, this catalog showcases the outstanding photographic talent of the 2011 finalists, including a cover shot by $5,000 grant winner, Duncan Macfarlane. We feel honored to be able to give back to the creative minds that have given so much to progress the sport, and are proud to be a sponsor of the foundation that continues to support and showcase the talents of up-and-coming surf photographers.
