Around this time of year, we often hear the phrase, “Get in shape for bikini season!” thrown around expensive gym memberships, crazy juice cleanses, or supposedly magical diet pills. But really, what is bikini season!? Why do we only feel the need to be fit and healthy for a time when more of our skin is generally exposed? Instead of waiting until February to start working out, let’s all aim to keep a solid regimen throughout the entire year, so there is no mid-winter panic!
