A good bikini is essential for fair weathered surf sessions. You can’t be troubled with checking your bikini over and over again to make sure it’s in place when the waves are pumping and the sun in shining. Even if you aren’t surfing and are just practicing your beached whale bronzing skills, worries of nip slips shouldn’t be concerning you. So the saying goes “out of sight, out of mind”, as should your nips.
As a busty petite slady (that’s lady-slider, Lauren Hill’s recent contribution to the surfing lexicon), tops with good support and coverage that don’t look like a bra are essential to my bikini arsenal. Of course, I have tops that are less practical but a good surf top is like gold in my wardrobe. (more…)

Opening your eyes underwater can be painful to most. But closing your eyes underwater, and looking elegant while doing so is difficult. Throw on a mask! Although I don’t mind a model wearing snorkel gear underwater, some find it unappealing. If you feel that way, have your model wear sunglasses underwater to hide those squinting eyes and frowns!
