Give yourself a break from focusing on that darn number…and, as contradictory as it might sound, lighten up with skinny jeans.

Did you know your weight can fluctuate up to 7 pounds in a single day? Yeah, it can. And it is rather annoying. Which is why I rarely step on a scale. In my opinion, a pair of non forgiving, very little spandex involved in their composition skinny jeans is a much better barometer. If those suckers fit, or are even a tad bit loose, I know things are all bueno. If they don’t button up at all, or without assistance, or are so uncomfortable I have to change into sweatpants after a few hours…it’s time to lay off the beer and pizza for a while, up the veggie intake, and go on a few more walks.
