As clean your yoga studio/mat may be, I’m a firm supporter of adding an extra layer of sweaty floor-to-toes protection in the form of a yoga sock. The issue: available yoga socks are pretty lackluster, and attempting a downward dog in normal socks is downright impossible. The fix: DIY a pair in 3 minutes.
