Abs. At times they seem like the wrath of Sisyphus. You can go and do 300 or more crunches a day, buy a miracle contraption or product, or whatever else is out there, but I’d like to save you some time and tell you the number one thing that helps with your abs. (more…)
In fact every single human body is more than rad. It’s remarkable, and capable of soooooo many incredible things. Case in point: Freedivers that can hold their breath for 5 minutes, marathon runners, rock climbers, powerlifters, hip hop dancers, Kobayashi, and of course, surfers. But, even non-pro or extreme athletes (ordinary joe’s like myself) are cable of amazing things. Another case in point: Beating personal bests in a timed mile, hiking a 14’er, completing a triathlon, or rehabbing from a life altering injury to being better than before.
And those are just a few examples off the top of my head. (more…)
