Here are a few of the best exercises to do during the holiday season…

Table Push Aways and Fork Put Downs.

Notice: You still have a fork, are eating and being festive. Please don’t feel the need to be the weird relative eating just a lettuce wedge and reciting nutrition facts on eggnog. Just remember to stop when you are full, try to not go back for thirds or fourths, and share the desert with a friend (or the dog under the table. If it doesn’t have chocolate in it).
