I love sweat. No really, I do. The feeling of being sweaty, working up a sweat, or being drenched in it. It’s amazing. Perhaps a little addicting at times.

I remember reading an interview with some celeb who was in rather fantastic shape, and when asked what his workout secret was, his reply: I work up a sweat each day.

Simple, yet oh so true advice. The kind that I love.

So, get up, move around, and figure out a way to sweat each day. Your body will thank you, and you’ll be in this smelly yet very healthy relationship too.
