Whenever I see the term bikini body, and all of this buzz about bikini body workouts, bikini body diets, and bikini body secrets, I get a bit concerned. Why does the word bikini get so much attention? Shouldn’t you workout, be active, and take care of your body, no matter what you are wearing? Well you should. If your daily outfit is jeans and a tee, or your favorite comfy sweats, or if you are more of a one piece connoisseur and rarely ever put on a bikini, you should take care of your body.

And in the meantime, remember that all you need to do to have a bikini body, is put a bikini on your body. To have a healthy, vibrant, and energized body, well that is something better to strive for.
