The best runs are on the beach, on a trail, or in a park (in my opinion).
Push ups are best done in fresh air, with your hands in the grass, dirt, sand…or even mud.
Your abs are begging for you to do some core work in the park.
Yoga loves the great outdoors.
…and hiking or running stairs is nature’s free bootie lifter.
So next time you say “I need to go to the gym” rethink where that gym is. It could be somewhere rather cool.
