DIY: Industrial Clothing Rack

…because we could all use a little extra hanging space. Give your closet a little breathing room by adding an industrial rack that looks great both in and outside of the closet. The 20-minute DIY rack creates a great place to hang outfits for the day, vintage finds, or any other pieces that are too special to hide in the closet. THE MATERIALS
* Two – 60″ x 1/2″ galvanized pipes
* One – 1/2″ galvanized pipe (length depends on how long you want your rack)
* Two – 90 degree 1/2″ galvanized elbows
* Two – 1/2″ floor flange
* Wood base equal to the length of the pipe you choose – this can be a piece of pre-cut plywood, a pre-finished shelf…get creative!
* Screws and screwdriver

THE HOW-TO
* Simply screw the pieces above together to create a U shape. The floor flanges will be attached at the bottom. Screw those to your base. Done!
