* The Base: Peel, slice and freeze a banana for a few hours. Add to your blender or food processor, and blend until creamy. You’ll end up with a ice cream consistency. Spoon it into a bowl and top with your favorite goodies.
* The Toppings: Although the combo is completely up to you (think peanut butter, crushed peanuts, bee pollen and cacao!), try to include something crunchy, something flavorful (banana has a way of masking flavors), and a few colorful elements. The go-to combo is listed above.
