Aloha Print Dress
If you’re happy and you know it you can do many things.  You can clap your hands, do a little dance, have permagrin, give a stranger a bear hug, have an excuse to go do something out of the ordinary, or, in my case…rock some aloha print.

Aloha print not only puts me in a good mood, but it’s a foolproof way to say, “Hey, today is a freaking fantastic day, and I am enjoying it” without annoying any pessimists or people who just got a parking ticket after locking their keys in the car.

It’s good to be happy. Don’t hide it. Go rock some clothing of the tropical print genre. Any day, any season, and anywhere.

I’m not ashamed to admit that I get bored when I practice traditional yoga. I used to sit on my mat, choking on incense, wondering when my mind would stop drifting to “Oh no, yoga farts!,” just waiting for the day when Downward Facing Dog would actually feel like a resting pose. Why was I the only one would couldn’t get the hang of this yoga thing?

Then I decided to make my own form of yoga, and everything changed.  I got creative, got outdoors, added in some exercise, and made it a challenge. Suddenly, I understood what it felt like to flow through poses and feel refreshed when I finally stepped off my mat. Even if you find your “om” doing high-octane activities, there’s still a way to pack a punch into your yoga routine. Here are some ideas:
